Milky Rice Porridge
五穀燉奶 Wugu Dunnai
Single Brunch, easy, healthy and tasty. I really love this colourful dish. 7 star veggies (which is as the veggies of inggedient listed) and Five Sacred Grains stew with hot milky soup, warm the winter and warm your heart.

Ingredients
- Precooked Five Sacred Grains-Luxurious 100g
- Low fat milk 100 ml
- Reduced cream 50 ml
- Boiled water 100 ml
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Mushroom
- White wine 1/2 tbsp
- The choice of veggie A
- Onion 1/4
- Tomato 1
- Carrot cubes 2 tbsp
- Baby patato 2
- The choice of veggie B
- Broccoli 1 small peddle
- Green bean 2
Directions
A. Fry veggies
- Cut all the veggies into small cubes and small peddles for broccoli.
- Heat the pan with olive oil and middle heat, and join Veggie A. Stir fry and cover.
- When the veggie A are soft then mix with Precooked Sacred Grains. Slightly stir fry, and make sure all the rice are separated not stick together like small balls.
B. Milky porridge
- Pour the milk, cream and boiled water into the same pan, turn to low heat, cover and stir regularly.
- Meanwhile, heat another pan with olive oil. Fry the mushrrom cubes and join the white wine at the end.
- Taste the milky porridge,when rice is soft and mix with Veggie B and salt before serving.
