印度烤蝦 Yindu Kaoxi
Prawn Queen

Ingredients
- Peeled prawns 450 g
- Minced coriander 2 tbsp
- Seasoning
- Chopped onion 1/2
- Chopped garlic 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Fish Masala 1 tsp
- Black Pepper 1/2 tsp.
- Plain yogurt 1 +1 / 4 cups
- Brown sugar 1/2 tsp
Directions
A. Sauce
- Put sauce & seasonings as per the ingredient list above in a blender or food processor and beat until smooth.
- Pour into a covered container, then mix with the coriander.
B. Shrimps
- Shell the prawns and gently stir into all the sauce. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1.5 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Grill the prawns in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes until red, adding more sauce on the top as you cook.
