三杯蘿蔔糕 Sanbai Luobokao
3 Cup Turnip and Mushroom Rice Cake
Ingredients
- Turnip and mushroom rice cake 6 slices
- Chopped garlic 1 tsp
- Chili flakes 1 tsp
- Basil leaves 4
- Seasoning
- Black sesame oil 1 tbsp
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- White wine 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
- Water 100 cc
Directions
A. Trunip and mushroom rice cakes
- Fry the turnip and mushroom rice cake until both side brown, meanwhile cut them into strips. Or cut them into strips before you fry them.
B. Sauce
- Heat the pot with black sesame oil, and add garlic and chili flakes until fragrant.
- Then add seasonings listed as above in the small heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, until sauce is thick and then join basil leaves, mix well and cover for 3~5 minutes to get more flavour.
