Bye bye blue Monday. Hello bunch Moday!

On Tuesday, pancake brunch again, but this time no huge plate of brunch, we had lemon brown sugar on our pancakes' top. It's also delicious!

Ingredients

  • Oat Pancake
  • Oat 2/3 cup
  • Cake flour 2/3 cup
  • Water as flavor needed
  • Egg 1
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Thin sliced carrot as flavor needed
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Directions

A. Oat Pancake Mixture
  1. Mix the oats and the flour in a big bowl. Add the egg and the amount of water and mix well. (Resting for 5 minutes for oats absorbing moisture.)
  2. Add salt, soy sauce, olive oil and carrots into the oat mixture and mix well.

B. Fry the Oat Pancake

  1. Pour one soup spoon of Oat Pancake mixture into the heated up pan.
  2. Fry it to both sides are brown.
