Turnip cake is a savoury dish, normally we cook it by pan-fry, steam, soup and deep-fry. It taste especially tasty when it's crispy and brown. Highly recommend to eat with nice soysauce. If you go to the Dimsum restautant, the "蘿蔔糕 turnip cake" dish is just like this. You can do it too.

And I would like to share another recipe "turnip cake breakfast" with you next time.
  • Turnip cake 8 pieces
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt reduced light soysauce

Directions

Fried Turnip Cake
  1. heat up a saucepan with Olive oil in a high heat.
  2. Fry the turnip cakes until both sides are crispy and brown.
  3. Serving with salt reduced light soysauce.
