It's not deep fried, it's just the bread crunchy made from organic loaf!! Interesting taste, sweet Taiwanese Suprises (五穀地瓜球 Wugu Diguachio). Let's play with Five Sacred Grains!!


  • Leftoverl Five Sacred Grains-Slimmylean 80g
  • Sweet potato 160g
  • Chopped tomato 2 tbsp
  • Bread crunchy 2 pices of organic loaf bread
  • Seasoning
  • Brown sugar 1tsp
  • Ground cinnamon 1tsp


A. Homemade Bread Crunchy
  1. 2 slices of organic loaf bread in the ovan with 100C until they are dry and blend them into smooth powder.

B. Five Sacred Grains

  1. Mix the Precooked Five Sacred Grains with the seasonings listed above and steaamed sweet potato in the blender and blend them until thick.

C. Balling

  1. Pour out the mixture on use a spoon to decide your ball size and add a little chopped tomatoes in the middle.
  2. Roll the ball into the shape you like then join in bread crunchy all over the ball.

D. Baking

  1. Bake with 100C for 10~15mins.
